Job Overview:
The Inventory Clerk/Specialist is a crucial member of the company and represents an important department within the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock and quality control, and coordinating closely with multiple departments to support daily operations. Key duties include but are not limited to data entry, inventory record maintenance, tracking incoming and outgoing inventory, and processing new arrivals, returns, or core units via the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record and monitor all incoming and outgoing stock movements, ensuring inventory records are continuously updated.
Creating and printing labels for all new arrival core units.
Properly storing core units after passing the programming process.
Maintaining and organizing storage areas, restocking shelves from new arrivals and surplus, and updating various core unit related databases.
Communicating and collaborating with the other departments to support a smooth and accurate inventory workflow.
Ensuring a clean, organized, and secure storage area, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish required.
Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail environments preferred.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets).
Meticulous attention to detail a must.
High level of accuracy and proficiency in data entry required.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Ability to push up to 15 lbs., walking and climbing ladders
